Aureliusz Górski
On November 30, 2022, right after the outbreak of the AI revolution, he founded CampusAI—the world’s first experimental AI-native virtual school, where anyone can ethically and at their own pace learn to collaborate with AI by interacting with digital twins of real scientists. Within a year, CampusAI became the largest AI school in Poland, with over 7,000 graduates. The mission of CampusAI is to democratize access to AI knowledge and empower individuals to enter the world of artificial intelligence with confidence. In 2024, MyCompany Polska ranked
CampusAI as the 4th best Polish startup, while WebSummit recognized it as one of the most impactful company. By 2030, CampusAI aims to establish virtual schools in 40 countries, helping 50 million people enhance their digital skills through the Me+AI learning framework, developed in collaboration with leading scientists.
CampusAI is more than just a school—it is a growing ecosystem for graduates, inspired by the concept of innovation districts. The company is developing its proprietary virtual twin technology, District Engine, which enables partners to create AI-powered digital replicas of their organizations and ecosystems in the virtual world. In collaboration with universities and local leaders, CampusAI conducts research on AI adaptability and develops virtual districts in selected regions worldwide. These virtual districts strengthen local innovation ecosystems and promote AI literacy to eliminate technological exclusion. The concept of CampusAI was built on over 12 years of experience in creating real-world innovation ecosystems. From 2012 to 2015, Aureliusz Gorski developed and managed a nationwide coworking network—AIP Business Link—as part of Academic Business Incubators, supporting the growth of Poland’s first startups. In 2015, he brought the industry pioneer Cambridge Innovation Center to Poland, launching CIC Warsaw, an international hub for startups, which he led for seven years. During this time, he actively participated in the design of three innovation districts worldwide. As a civic advisor, he co-developed the Warsaw 2030 strategy and served on the Warsaw Metropolitan Council from 2019 to 2024. More at www.aureliuszgorski.com.
